5 Star Accommodations

The proposed hotel will be comprised of 208 rooms in a single 15-storey tower.

The lobby, pick-up and drop-off areas and the access to parking for the hotel will be located on Queens Avenue, away from the busy traffic of Douglas.

The corner of Douglas and Queen will feature extensive landscaping and water fall effects to provide an inviting entrance. A roof garden with private patios and a seating pavilion will adorn the north and west sides of the hotel.

Approximately 1,500 sq. meters of convention space is planned to accommodate meetings, weddings, and small conventions.
